Visitors to this website
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, number of centres and your message. We use them only to reply to you and arrange a demo. The form is provided by Tally, which stores your submission and forwards it to us by email.
We measure visits with cookieless analytics, so we don't set tracking cookies and you won't see a cookie banner.
Using PreschoolSuite
Your preschool operator decides what goes into PreschoolSuite and is responsible for it under the PDPA. We process that data on their behalf, as a data intermediary, under a written agreement with them.
- Staff accounts: name, work email, role, centre and classes.
- Children's records: what educators capture and approve, such as observations, photos, recordings and profiles.
- We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use children's records to train AI models.
If you're a parent or staff member with a question about records held in PreschoolSuite, please contact your preschool first.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and speech-to-text, and Tally for this website's contact form. A current list is available on request.
How long we keep data
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to follow up, then deleted. In the app, your operator sets the retention period; when a child is withdrawn, their records are deleted after it (30 days by default).
Your choices
You can ask us to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to us using it. For records in the app, we'll pass your request to your operator.
